Saorsa (SAH-orsha or Sorsha) is Gaelic for freedom.  This is the ethos behind our social enterprise company. Saorsa Menopause Consultancy educates, informs and empowers individuals to advocate for their own health giving them the freedom to positively embrace this new chapter in their lives.

Our workshop fees enable us to widen our program by offering free of charge awareness workshops to community groups and individual support for vulnerable people.
